PAMVERC MANAGEMENT
Management and Master Schedule meetings are held monthly to discuss and give direction on operational issues of the program. There are also quarterly financial meetings where revenue and expenditure of different projects are discussed and decisions are made.
PAMVERC STAFF
Staff are categorized as follows:
Senior staff
Testing Facility Managers, Study Directors, Project Managers, Quality Assurance Manager, Department Supervisors, Accountants and Administrators.
Laboratory and Field staffs
Research Scientists, Laboratory Technicians, Insectary technicians, ITF Technicians, Animal Technicians and Field Technicians
Supporting staff
Data clerk, Drivers, Office attendants, Gardeners and Field workers

Capacity building
- Specific SOPs on training policy
- Policy to ensure that all staff positions have training
- External mandatory training for some job positions in which pathways necessitate external mandatory training
- Internal mandatory trainings on specific SOPs assessed either by Theory or Practical Exams
PAMVERC supports postgraduate training by providing dissertation research facilities and supervision.
To date, 19 MSc and 12 PhD (registered at either KCMUCo or LSHTM) students have been directly supported
